Freya’s Laser & Body Sculpting, LLC

A deposit is required to book any service at Freya’s Laser & Body Sculpting, LLC. This deposit is non-refundable. If a client decides not to proceed with the treatment for which the deposit was paid, a credit will be issued to use towards another service at the spa.

Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A late cancellation or a missed visit (no-show) leaves a hole in your provider’s day which could have been filled by another client.   Should the need arise to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully request at least 48 hours’ notice.

Our Policy:

·       Any cancellation or rescheduling made less than 48 hours will result in a cancellation fee equal to the amount of the deposit.

·       If you are more than 15 minutes late for your service, we may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same cancellation fee will apply. We will do our very best to reschedule your service for another time that is convenient to you.

·       If your treatment was purchased as a package, in the event of a missed visit or a late cancellation/rescheduling (less than 48 hours), one treatment session will be removed from your package.

·       In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, your deposit may be applied to future services.

·       No refunds will be issued, for whatsoever reason, including unsatisfactory treatment results. In the event a client no longer wishes to receive the treatment(s) for which a deposit or a payment in full has been made, any deposits or remaining treatment(s) that have been paid in full will be converted into a credit at the spa, equal to the amount that has been paid.
